How do I download the imagery I purchased?

After payment, a Download button appears on your order page.

Why does my download link expire?

Download links expire after a set period for security and server optimization. You can request a new link if needed.

What if the file is too large?

Use a stable internet connection or a download manager. You may request a compressed version if the provider supports it.

Can I get a refund for existing imagery?

Refunds are granted only if the delivered file is:

• corrupted,
• incorrect,
• or significantly different from metadata.

Preview quality differences are not eligible for refunds.
